I finally broke down and started this blog

Seriously, I've been reading all of my friends blogs and I have finally broke down to start my own. Only problem is I have no idea if I'll actually use it. I use so much time on the internet checking my 3 emails, facebook, myspace, school, blogs... but I figure might as well give it a shot.
This first blog is mostly for procrastinating..but my reasoning is legit..I promise. So I have this paper due in my research class. It's basically a term paper. Three parts, about 16 pages each. Only problem is, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO IT ON. I have ideas but some either don't have enough information on in general, others have already had studies done, others feel more medical related rather than speech related. Here are some of the options I'm deciding on:
Cleft Palate:

how the severity of the cleft affects future speech
something on adults in 3rd world countries with unrepaired cleft
the timing of the surgery and the outcome
etiology of cleft palate
Stuttering:
causes or treatment:there have been so many studies without much help but there has to be something
Cochlear Implants:
If you have one, are you glad you do, what are the social aspects related w/ those w/ and w/o CI
If you don't have one, do you want one and why and what affects your decisions
Augmentative and Assistive Device users:
Treatment by those in society and your therapists
Spasmodic Dysphonia:
Causes
Treatment
Social aspects
Accent Reduction:
What causes a person to decide to do this
Types of treatment

There are other ideas out there too but I have to have an outline prepared next week on my literature review. For the lit review, I have to have 10 peer-reviewed journal articles supporting why you chose this topic. That's where my problem is coming in. I am just freaking out!!
