So I always do the same new years resolution and it lasts for about 3 minutes but i figure if i write it out, maybe i'll be more up to trying. so i have a ton of new years resolutions. a few of them will be started immediately and then others are gonna addedd through the year so i don't get too overwhelmed. we'll see how it goes.
1. Get to 120 pounds. I'm at 140 right now which is my high but i have all fat and no muscle.
2. Exercise at least 2 times a week and up that to 4 times by the end of the year
3. Read the bible for at least 5 minutes a day and up that to 30 minutes by end of year
4. Stay on top of reading for school. Read each chapter ahead of time. that can be as little as 30 minutes per day.
5. Read for fun
6. Eat healthier with more vegetables
7. Drink more water
8. Keep in touch with family and friends
9. Keep clean
10.Remember I'm too blessed to be stressed

So how can I encourage you??? I have the same resolutions - well, some of the same. I just read a blog that wrote this: "Transformation is a process—sometimes dramatic and other times painfully slow. It’s not so important how fast we transform, but that we continue to do so. Step by step. Year after year. “Let the wonderful kindness and the understanding that come from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ help you to keep on growing.” (2 Peter 3:18, emphasis mine).
Just to keep on going and growing and not give up. I'm still transforming, too. It's hard.
Anyway, yeah, more water, veggies, exercise, etc. SOOO hard! I would love a makeover, too. Maybe then I could get a job finally. Not that I really want to work, but I'm going to have to get really, REALLY serious about it. I'll pray for you to meet your goals each day. love you and Gregg
Ok, I didnt know you had a blog, Iv had one for 4 years! Woot. Im so glad I know..
